The Berg vs. Obama lawsuit in Philadelphia Federal Court has resulted in an Order on Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgement against Obama.
ORDERED that Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment pursuant to F.R.C.P. 56(c) is GRANTED. This Court Declares Barack Hussein Obama a/k/a Barry Hussein Obama a/k/a Barack Dunham a/k/a Barry Dunham a/k/a Barack Soetoro a/k/a Barry Soetoro is not a “natural born” or “naturalized” United States citizen and is ineligible to run for and/or serve as President of the United States. The Democratic National Committee is hereby enjoined from naming Barack Hussein Obama, et al as the Democratic Presidential Candidate on the ballot and both the Democratic National Committee and Barack Hussein Obama, et al are enjoined from any further campaigning on behalf of Barack Hussein Obama, et al for Office of the Presidency. It is an ORDER of this Court that Barack Hussein Obama’s, et al name be removed from any and all ballots for the Office of the President of the United States.
It is further ORDER of this Court; Defendants are to pay Plaintiff $48,300.00, representing all fees and costs associated with this suit to date.

Some are reporting that this has already happened. Others are trying to find out whether the judge has yet signed.
Our best understanding at this time is that Berg filed the “Motion for Summary Judgement” yesterday, and that a ruling was expected within one or two days.
What is not clear is whether the “Order on Plaintiff’s Motion” was prepared by Berg, and submitted along with his motion, or whether it was prepared by the court in response to his motion.
We are waiting with bated breath — we will keep our readers supplied with the most current info. Did Hillary know this all along? Talk about your October surprise!

…an attorney in Philadelphia, Philip Berg, filed a lawsuit claiming Obama lost his U.S. citizenship when his mother married an Indonesian man. Berg says Obama failed to take an oath of allegiance when he turned 18.
Obama has attempted to silence any critics by producing a birth certificate from Hawaii, proving he was born there in 1961. Berg however is demanding an original, and not a copy from the Obama camp.
Obama’s team filed a motion to dismiss Berg’s lawsuit, but they also made a motion to block discovery….
There are currently three separate lawsuits regarding the circumstances of Obama’s birth:
Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083 in the Philadelphia Federal District Court.
COMPLAINT FOR DECLARATORY JUDGMENT filed by Andy Martin on October 17th in Honolulu to get the Hawaiin Department of Health to release Obama’s birth certificate — an original birth certificate, and not a copy.
Citizen files Lawsuit demanding verification of Barack Obama’s citizenship status –Plaintiff Steven Marquis is suing the Washington Secretary of State, demanding that he verify Obama’s citizenship status before the election.
The complaint seeks specifically that the office of the Washington Secretary of State verify and certify that Mr. Obama is or is not a “natural born” citizen by producing original or certified verifiable official documents. The lawsuit argues that this certification should take place before the election to preclude a constitutional crisis and likely civil unrest should such certification, after the election, prove that Mr. Obama was not qualified for office.
The Complaint argues that the Secretary of State has the authority and duty to not only certify the voters but also and most importantly the candidates and in so doing prevent the wholesale disenfranchisement of voters who would had had an opportunity to choose from qualified candidates had the certification preceded the election process.
At this point, Mr. Obama has not allowed independent or official access to his birth records nor supporting hospital records. The Hawaii Health Department has violated Federal law by ignoring formal Freedom of Information requests for the same….

I am watching this and I know when it finally comes, that the liberal media CANNOT ignore this as it is a violation of the Constitution and that must be preserved at all costs! If it is true, it is the biggest fraud ever perpetrated on this country and the American people, and Obama should be prosecuted and made to pay back all of the money from supporters and then put him “under” the jail. I can’t believe Diane Feinstein did not properly vet him nor has Nancy Pelosi. Obama was born at the Coast Providence Hospital in Mombassa, Kenya and I think they will prove it. Just hope it happens BEFORE the election, because after (should he win) he will have no authority and that is most dangerous for America and Americans.

Judge Sirrick of the Federal Court in Philadelphia has repeatedly ignored his own deadlines, refusing to rule on motions to allow or dismiss Berg’s case for reasons of “standing” (as if private citizens have no interest in electing a Constitutionally eligible and qualified Presidential candidate); maintaining silence on plaintiff’s request to add Dean’s DNC plus Mde. DiFi’s Senate Rules Committee as defendants in this case; making no ruling on U.S. statutory requirements that concede plaintiff’s “discovery” allegations after a lapse of thirty days.
Now our Federal Election Commission (FEC), which ignores every hint of ACORN’s massive vote-fraud as well as intimidation and vandalism of McCain/Palin supporters (never the reverse), has joined the DNC in contesting Berg’s Court standing to request “declaratory injunctive relief.” Disinterested, impartial bureaucracy strikes again.
As questions regarding BHO become ever more widespread and serious, we wonder whether Beltway insiders will pull off Nixon-Ford redux: Agree to dump BHO as ineligible, “electing” McCain/Palin by default on Big John’s promise to pardon D-rats’ Chicago sleaze-ball come next January 21st. This country is in trouble– even raising such a possibility reflects JQ Public’s increasing alienation from conventional political discourse.

This stuff just never dies.
The order is just boilerplate included in the filing by Berg so that if the judge decides to rule in Berg’s favor, he can simply date and sign the order.
But it hasn’t been dated and signed and the judge hasn’t ruled on anything.
Berg even had to put a post up on his website explaining this to people who saw the documents at justia.com and were running around all over the place claiming the judge had ruled and Obama had 15 days to produce the documents.
But you know what? People actually posted the same nonsense in that very thread and actually argued with Berg’s assistant that the judge had indeed ruled.

As a lawyer, it’s normal procedure for the party filing the motion to submit a “proposed” order than the court can sign if it agrees with the motion/order. I’d guess that is the situation here, especially if the motion was only recently filed.

Um, excuse me, but the person in this race who wasn’t born in the United States is John Mccain…who was born in the Panama Canal zone! They ruled it a territory since it was under U.S. rule at the time, or he would be the one disqualified.
Obama, on the other hand, was born in Hawaii…which is still a state last I checked.

Like a US embassy, the Canal Zone was US soil and was so not because somebody had a crystal ball and knew that McCain would one day run for president. Nice try, though.
I’m curious, though. If it turns out that Berg and others are right – that it is proven to be 100% undeniable, irrefutable FACT that your messiah is not a US citizen – what will you say? Will you admit that you were duped, mesmerized by the promise of hope and change?
I’ll go on the record now and state that it was a blatant attempt at smear and dishonesty of the worst kind if these allegations are proven false. The difference is that I have suspended any judgment one way or the other until this all washes out. You “true believers”, on the other hand, refuse to even consider the possibility that your anointed one may be up to no good. You have replaced thought and logic with belief and faith.

They list the father’s race as “African”.
In 1961, in Hawaii it would have been listed as “Negro”.
African is not a race, it’s a continent.

First of all its come to the attention that Obama was actually born in Kenya,and there are people there verifying that now, his own grandmother and others present have verified such. McCain was born of both parents who happened to be American Citizens on military duty. Obama will not release one single iota of records to anyone so what the hell is he hiding and why? He has ordered both Columbia and Harvard to keep all records secret and why?

I am not affiliated with any party, but like most people, I want to know the truth about our candidates before I vote. I want to know about their character, their backgrounds, the people who influence them; who they plan to have sleeping over in the Lincoln bedroom; who will be appointed as part of their Cabinet; where they stand on issues; how they react in a crisis; how they make difficult decisions; how they manage budgetary matters; how they handle staff; what do they draw on spiritually to help them guide us through terrible times. EVERYTHING.
John McCain provided all of his records every time they were requested, including documents pertaining to his birth which was also in response to a legal action. There is no mystery to John McCain. I do not agree with all of his policies and decisions, but I know what I am dealing with here.
Barack Obama looked better to me in 2004 than now. One reason is he has gone out of his way to hide information from us. Instead of supplying answers and documents in response to the Berg case, he had his attorneys file for a dismissal. Instead of providing college transcripts and medical records, all we have is a letter that he is currently in good health from a doctor. As we discover past and current relationships in question, he first denies or minimizes the relationships, then he decides he did not know the issues that surround them, and then he says he is no longer associated with them.
Who is this guy? If you take away all of his speeches and talking points, what is left? What has he actually accomplished? I read the report on the cancelled education program in Chicago that concluded that this program made no difference in the education of the children, with millions wasted. I reviewed his Illinois legislative record and found very little initiated by him or voted on that passed and made a difference. Every time he starts something, he is running for that next higher position and he uses his projects and his connections to get there. Then, when he gets there he starts looking for the next opening to reach for. If he becomes President, what then? Am I to believe that he will finally start focusing on what the people need instead of his own power and career?
I read a multitude of documents from the Democratic Socialists of America archives, and there is no denying that Barack Obama was a supporting member of the Chicago DSA and benefited from their support of his run for Illinois Senator. He obviously does not want us to know this, so he will not admit it.
This arrogance, this lack of openness will not serve us well in the White House, especially now. People deserve to know the truth. It will all eventually come out. What is sad is that we may have to deal with these issues while this man is supposed to be serving us. He is surrounded by too much controversy and many people will continue to investigate these matters until they are resolved. Plus, if you follow the money — FEC contributions, the house deal, or the favors such as how he got into Harvard, who helped kick off his political career in Hyde Park, who helped bring the votes to this election, who got the Clintons out of his way, all of it — you will see that Obama owes a lot of favors. Believe me, there are people out there who hold evidence that is being sought. They know now is not the time to show it, but the real time is if he is President. Obama will have to continue to deal with all of these issues with much more to risk if they are not dealt with before the election.
Barack Obama needs to provide everything that is being asked for NOW before November 4th. And everyone who is a citizen of this country has the right to ask.

If Nancy Pelosi bangs the gavel and pronounces BHO President without producing the Birth Certificate, she will be as guilty as he is and they can share the same cell.
