A covert operation to videotape participants at all of last week’s tea parties from clandestine fixed or mobile locations was conducted by our own Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). On March 23 the FBI issued a single-page confidential directive to each of its 56 field offices mandating data collection about the organizers for each local event, and confirmation of the times and places of for every one of the events. A second directive, issued on April 6, instructed the Special Agents in Charge (SACs) of each field office “to coordinate and conduct, either at the field office level and/or with the appropriate resident agency, covert video surveillance and data collection of the participants of the TEA parties. Surveillance was to be performed from ‘discreet fixed or mobile positions’ and was to be performed ‘independently and outside of the purview of local law enforcement.’”
Concerned about the implications of the government spying on ordinary grassroots Americans, an FBI agent leaked the information to a reporter for the Canada Free Press. He is quoted as saying:
“The Department of Homeland Security Intelligence Assessment that is receiving so much attention is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg, and the true patriotic citizens of this country are on the Titanic. This is what bothers me. But is goes far beyond that assessment. There have been very significant changes made over the last few years that redirect the focus and assets of the intelligence community internally. These changes have greatly accelerated under this administration, and the threats have been redefined to include those who used to be patriots. It’s not only chilling but absolutely insulting to God-fearing Americans.”
Our earlier coverage of the Rightwing Extremism Threat Assessment prepared by the Department of Homeland Security is here.

When we recall that the modern left are the “children of Lenin,” then this kind of thing becomes perfectly understandable and one would expect them to use government power to subdue and intimidate their enemies. Obama and his captive media are using the master’s techniques, and it should not surprise anybody. You can be certain that worse is coming.

No need to spy! Hell I’ll give you my mug shot. I can’t believe that my own countrymen are willing to do this. Can you people honestly live with yourselves going against your own people?
Remember your oath boys and girls. Nuremburg was quite clear about just following orders. Time to think for yourselves again.

Where were you people when bush called Our Constitution , a worthless piece of paper ? And then sighned into law The Patriot Act . Check out the videos of people being photograghed at the GOP conventions every year since 2003 . How about warrentless wiretapping ? Who let the PNAC people into the white house , with their “we need a new Pearl Harbor” to further their agenda . You guessed it , bush .

Both George W and George H W Bush were to blame for most of the mess we are in. Can’t let Clinton out. Goggle Decertification Treaty. What we had was bad and we were lucky to live through it, but you ain’t seen nothing yet. They can trash the Constitution, the flag and our currency, and take over the Internet. They can impose martial law. They can vote for anything they want to do and we can’t stop them. We can be put into a work force and not be paid. Slavery again. I pity the young of this country. They have their lives to live and they are not going to like what is about to occur. Even if they did vote for this.
